Do you work in general practice and feel like you have plateaued in your career and are looking for a new and exciting challenge?
Do you want to work for an organization that values their employees, encourages growth and development, and works hard to create a good work life balance and positive work environment?
Broadview Animal Hospital is excited to be expanding our team of Associate Veterinarians. We have locations in Dover, Milton, and Rochester, NH. We are hiring veterinarians for our General Practice department, our exciting Reproductive department, and our up-and-coming Urgent Care department.
Privately-owned and operated, our AAHA accredited hospitals provide full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, orthopedic, theriogenology, and urgent care services. We are located between the beautiful White Mountains and scenic coastline of New Hampshire. Our practices have provided quality care with compassion for over 35 years to pet owners of the greater seacoast area.
Why become a Broadview veterinarian?
We place high value on being progressive in our knowledge, techniques, and protocols while maintaining top-notch equipment (electronic cloud-based record system, digital radiography [including dental], therapy laser, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy/arthroscopy, a new in-house laboratory, and a brand-new CT).
Our veterinarians enjoy a favorable doctor to staff ratio and a comprehensive mentoring/on-boarding program. We foster a work atmosphere where veterinarians never practice alone and collaborate with other experienced veterinarians and staff. The fast-paced environment and wide breath of service we provide our clients ensures that Broadview veterinarians have endless opportunities to learn and grow!
We understand that having a good work/life balance is important. Our doctors enjoy unique schedules that complement personal and family requirements without having to worry about being called in! We strategically staff our hospitals with experienced and skilled managers, CVT’s, and other talented support staff members because we understand that it takes a village to maintain a standard of excellence. We routinely hold doctor meetings and staff appreciation events. Most importantly, our doctors have a voice, and we want to hear it! We believe in collaboration and open doors to discuss ideas on what we can do to make your job easier and more efficient.
