What You’ll Do:
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll:
- Answer calls with warmth and professionalism
- Educate clients and set clear expectations with empathy
- Schedule appointments and process payments
- Support doctors by relaying client questions and concerns
- Approve online prescriptions with accuracy
- Manage emails and texts with careful attention to detail
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Maintain detailed medical histories for patients
- Document thoroughly and consistently
- Bring patience, flexibility, and compassion to every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or medical receptionist preferred)
- 2+ years of medical or veterinary experience (animal hospital, shelter, or daycare)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- A positive, team-focused mindset and passion for helping people & pets
