Our Customer Service Representatives are on the front lines helping our pet parents manage all their pet’s needs and are an essential part of the success of our organization. If you are passionate about helping others and have a deep love for animals, this just might be the perfect role for you!

We provide full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, orthopedic, theriogenology, behavioral, and urgent care services. We are located between the beautiful White Mountains and scenic coastline of New Hampshire. Essential Job Functions:

  • Client education
  • Answer calls
  • Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
  • Problem solving
  • Greet clients
  • Process transactions
  • Communicate with doctors to get answers to pet parent’s questions/concerns
  • Approve online prescriptions
  • Manage client emails
  • Communicate with insurance companies
  • Transfer/intake medical records

Qualifications: (You MUST meet these qualifications to be considered):

  • In order to qualify, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role in addition to experience working in a veterinary hospital, working as a receptionist or a call center representative for a human medical or dental facility, or working in a doggy daycare/kennel.
  • All candidates must have a high school diploma, or a GED.
