We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time hospital maintenance person. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of basic maintenance and repair skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This a part-time position and will involve work at all three of our hospital locations (Dover, Milton, and Rochester, NH)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to hospital equipment and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and practice owners.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all OSHA safety requirements.
• Understand what projects need to get outsourced to a licensed vendor vs managing in-house.
• Identify items in the hospitals that need repair and provide supply quotes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role
• Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and work on a ladder up to 8ft in height.
