" We transferred to Broadview from a practice that we have gone to for over 15 years. We were no longer happy with the care we were receiving, nor the bedside manner of the new Dr.'s. We were very apprehensive to switch, not knowing anyone who goes to Broadview. We stopped by the practice to get information and there was a woman sitting in the waiting room, We had a very nice conversation and she had recently transferred from the same practice. Her glowing review was all we needed to register our two fur babies and make an appointment for our old man, Oscar. We were so pleased with our first visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet assistant were so pleasant. Dr. Bartel was lovely and made not only Oscar comfortable but she made my husband and me know that we had made the right decision to transfer. It has been such a relief as we were not looking forward to going back to our old practice. Dr. Bartel was so kind and was very helpful with our concern. We will book our appointments with her in the future if possible. As new patients we felt very welcome. "
