" Able to make an appointment very quickly to be seen by my preferred vet (they are all awesome though). I love the time staff takes with each animal as an individual. Especially working with fearful ones! My dog was abused and is frightened quite easily. They make her feel at ease by taking the time to give her treats & warm up to them. I will NEVER take my animals to anywhere other than Broadview! Location doesn't matter! Rochester, Milton, or Dover! Plus they have weekend hours! Quality service, qualified vets & staff that know their stuff, exceedingly clean. Client for 18 years Dr Davis is awesome but ALL the vets and techs are. I'll miss her but know she leaves my me & my pets in capable hands. Dr. Chirdwin (know I'm butchering the spelling) & Dr. Fish (congratulations BTW) have been awesome in helping me rehabilitate my abused dog Star! Dr Davis. I'll miss you forever & it's been a privilege! I wish her well & will continue to be a client💖🤘. Update 10/21/26. Vets, techs etc. are knowledgeable & caring. Love the fact that I can get y'all on the weekends in Dover if needed too! Saleh is ALWAYS there to greet us with a smile & a hug to Star. Dr. Chutter was amazing doing Star's abdominal surgical procedure. Dr Gyeski (can't spell it) gave me more time with Cassanova. Dr Johnson & Dr. Chirgwin always answer my questions. Bottom line they've given me more quality time with my pets.💖🤘 "
