Depending on your experience, interests, and training, your responsibilities may include:

• Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Surgical nursing and assisting with advanced procedures
• Dentistry and dental radiography
• Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Medication calculations and administration
• Patient triage, nursing care, and hospitalization
• Digital radiography and advanced diagnostics
• Laboratory testing and sample evaluation
• Patient monitoring and pain management
• Client education and discharge instructions
• Collaborating with veterinarians on patient care and treatment plans

Qualifications

Current New Hampshire Certified Veterinary Technician credentials or eligibility to obtain NH certification are required.
