What Happens After Submission?

Referral Review – The submission is reviewed by the Broadview clinical team.
Clarification (if needed) – We will contact the referring hospital directly if additional information is required.
Scheduling – Based on referring veterinarian preference, either we will arrange the appointment or the client can contact us.
Service Performed – Diagnostics and treatments are completed per the referring veterinarian requested scope of care.
Communication Back to You – A detailed summary, diagnostics, and recommendations are sent promptly to the referring veterinarian.
Return to Primary Care – The patient is returned to the referring practice for ongoing management.
