Be the First Voice Our Clients Can Count On
Our Call Center Representatives are often the very first point of contact our clients have with Broadview, and that makes this role incredibly important.
You’ll help pet parents navigate everything from scheduling appointments and answering questions to finding solutions when they’re worried about their pet and aren’t sure what to do next.
This is much more than answering phones.
It takes empathy, patience, excellent communication, quick thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while making every client feel heard and supported.

What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming client calls
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Educate and support clients
- Problem-solve and help find solutions
- Communicate with doctors regarding client questions and concerns
- Process online prescription requests
- Manage client emails and follow-up communication
- Communicate with pet insurance providers
- Transfer and receive medical records
- Help keep communication flowing between clients and our medical teams

What We’re Looking For
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital, medical or dental call center/front desk, or professional animal care environment is strongly preferred.
