A reproduction veterinary technician is necessary to provide Quality Care with Compassion to our breeding clients. We are looking for a motivated technician ready to grow and has a desire to explore new opportunities within veterinary medicine. Our department mission is Partnering with Breeders for Success, and our dedicated reproduction team continues to contribute to well-bred canines.
Essential Job Functions as a Full-Time Veterinary Technician for Reproductive Services
- Greet and build lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills to provide client education
- Answer calls and manage client emails/texts
- Schedule appointments using good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Fill prescriptions and process payments
- Obtain patient history/weights and maintain patient medical history
- Clean the department and restock supplies
- Animal restraint alongside specialized patient care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Venipuncture
- Assist with c-section surgery, infertility workups, neonatal care, semen evaluation, TCI, and other services we provide
- Maintain our International Canine Semen Bank

Qualifications for a Veterinary Technician for Reproductive Services
- 2 years of veterinary medical experience such as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
- All candidates must have a high school diploma or a GED
